By accessing or using Warrior WP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Services
Warrior WP provides managed WordPress hosting, site management, security monitoring, performance optimization, and related technical services as described in your selected plan.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, ensuring your site content complies with applicable laws, and providing timely access credentials when requested for site management.
Payment Terms
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period. We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure third-party payment processors.
Cancellation
You may cancel your plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We will assist with migrating your site to another host if requested.
Limitation of Liability
Warrior WP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
