Uptime Commitment

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all managed WordPress sites. Uptime is measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Monitoring

All sites are monitored 24/7 from multiple global locations. We check every 60 seconds and begin investigation within 5 minutes of a detected outage.

Response Times

  • Critical (site down): Response within 15 minutes
  • High (security incident): Response within 1 hour
  • Normal (general requests): Response within 4 business hours
  • Low (questions, non-urgent): Response within 1 business day

Backups

Daily automated backups with 30-day retention. Backups include files, database, and configuration. One-click restore available within 15 minutes of request.

Credits

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee, you are eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee proportional to the downtime experienced. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

Exclusions

This SLA does not cover downtime caused by: scheduled maintenance, DNS propagation, third-party service outages, client-initiated changes, force majeure events, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
